Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays/National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.

Safe Place / Leave With Neighbour Requests

If you would prefer for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you can select these options using the links provided when Royal Mail sends shipping updates for your order.

However, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur if your parcel is left in your requested safe place or with your chosen neighbour.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Remote Locations

Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and some remote areas may be subject to delays due to Royal Mail routing or Customs checks.

Incorrect Addresses / Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Optional: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional postage costs.

Lost / Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost only after a specific timeframe has passed (usually 10 working days for Tracked services). We cannot replace or refund an order until this period has elapsed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the service selected.
